Each quarter, we will identify either an underserved community to participate in a free outreach program that includes biometric testing and blue zones lifestyle and longevity education, or we will provide a grant to a low-income individual to attend a retreat at no charge.

I never really understood how yoga was body, mind and spirit until Dr. Angie taught me. While participating in yoga, not only is your body physically going to feel better, but your emotional and mental thoughts are healed. Dr. Angie can always take the negative emotion that you bring to class and change it into a positive emotion when you leave.
One of the first times I did yoga with Dr. Angie, we did a day retreat with some of the ER staff. It flabbergasted me when one of the most Type A people started to cry. Yoga broke her down and allowed her to release all of the stress and burdens she had. That day I learned that yoga wasn’t just “people doing poses”, there was so much more meaning to it, truly healing of the body, mind and spirit!
