Brian Halling, MS, CES, EP-C, is a distinguished health expert with a robust background in exercise science and biomechanics. He holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology from Northern Illinois University, where he also served as a faculty instructor. His commitment to professional development is reflected in his diverse range of certifications, including Intrinsic Biomechanics Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Job Function Analyst, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, and Redcord Suspension Trainer, with a focus on preventative rehabilitation.
Brian's approach to health and fitness is characterized by the integration of cutting-edge technology with evidence-based practices. He specializes in detailed biometric analysis for personalized health programming, metabolic analysis (VO2max & RMR) for precise fitness assessments, body scan technology for accurate body composition measurements, and functional movement screenings to identify and address movement imbalances. In 2018, he founded Achieving Lean Analytics, a pioneering business dedicated to comprehensive health assessments. This venture bridges the gap between advanced diagnostic tools and practical application, enabling health professionals to develop more effective, individualized fitness and nutrition strategies.
In addition to his work in personal fitness, Brian applies his expertise to workplace environments. Previously, Brian served as the Director of Business Development for DSI Work Solutions Inc. and is currently the Director of Business Development at Medicine for Business and Industry (MBI).
