Kevin Bae is a seasoned Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience in transforming lives through a holistic approach to health and wellness. With a foundation rooted in martial arts, wrestling, and bodybuilding, Kevin began his journey with a discipline-focused, “Yang” approach to fitness—rigid, structured, and driven by force. Over time, however, his exploration of yoga, meditation, and breathwork led him to embrace the “Yin” side of wellness—emphasizing flow, ease, and the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
Kevin’s educational credentials include a Diploma in Advanced Personal Training from the National Personal Training Institute, alongside certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, as well as a Group Fitness Instructor certification from AFAA. He also holds an RYT200 yoga certification and has completed various specialized courses, including Health Behavior Change from Yale University, Mindfulness and Well-being from Rice University, and Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins University.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kevin has demonstrated leadership and a commitment to mentorship, having volunteered with the Academy of Business Leadership.
