During your discovery call, we provide you with a personalized timeline tailored to your needs. To ensure you achieve meaningful results, we require a minimum commitment of six weeks. This timeframe allows us to effectively guide you on your journey to success.
The program consists of two sessions each week, complemented by at-home action items that you complete using the Wholemed training app. If your schedule requires it, you have the flexibility to roll over one session to the following week.
